The DRCA is not unique as a Co-Operative business centre in London but it is increasingly rare. The affordable rents unit holders enjoy, the peppercorn rents charities pay for their premises, and the very affordable community halls lent out to local groups, are incredibly special in the midst of a property market which inflates ever more prohibitively.
