1. Community Halls
The Community Centre has two halls that you can hire and you can use them to:
- Meet friends
- Take part in different activities
- Find out what is happening in your area
- Hire space to have parties or meetings
- Organise your own activity
- Get advice and information
What space is available? The larger hall is for events such as wedding receptions, christenings and socials. The smaller hall or clubroom you can hire for events such as committee meetings, counselling sessions, training sessions and rehearsals.
How big are they and how much does it cost to hire them? The halls in the Community Centres are of different sizes. The large hall has high ceilings and a hard floor and can seat up to 250 people. The smaller hall has lower ceilings and is two thirds carpeted and can seat approximately 100 people.
